Hatfield House Music Festival

18th-22nd September 2013

Support the Festival

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in, and associated with, the birth of a prestigious new festival which will provide great music performed by internationally renowned musicians in the historic and beautiful setting of Hatfield House.

We are grateful to the Marquess of Salisbury for agreeing to be patron of the festival. The artistic director is Hertfordshire-born Guy Johnston, previous winner of the BBC Musician of the Year competition and now internationally renowned cellist and Professor at the Royal Academy of Music. He will open the festival in a concert given together with the Navarra Quartet in The Old Palace.

Subsequent concerts to be held in the beautiful and rarely accessible Marble Hall (by kind permission of the Marquess of Salisbury) and in St Etheldreda's Church will feature members of the Aronowitz Ensemble, the violinists Jack Liebeck and Esther Hoppe, pianist Alasdair Beatson, viola player Tim Boulton and soprano Sophie Daneman.

The Sixteen, directed by Harry Christophers, return to Hatfield House, following their sold-out and much acclaimed concert last year, to give the final concert of the festival in The Old Palace.

Corporate and Private Sponsors will benefit from promotional opportunities and free tickets to selected concerts for employees or clients.

We are looking for supporters at all levels, from sponsoring an event or the whole festival to making a donation or becoming a friend.
